"UPDATE AS OF 12/13/18....Absolutely fed up with this location! The stylist have absolutely no experience. I dont know why I keep going back, I've only gotten 1 good haircut here and then to add insult to injury the stylist never give the full MVP package you pay for. What a RIP off! Go at your own risk!"

"My husband went here today to get a haircut. After the long wait. He told the girl several times to cut his hair shorter because it was like she was not going to cut any off. His hair was cut very uneven, looked chopped and we will never return."

"This is the third time I've been here and it will probably be the last. The haircut itself isnt bad, but the wait is TERRIBLE. Even with their check-in system. I had two people who were here 10-20 minutes after me be called ahead. The first time I asked the manager about it, and she said 'oh, he was ahead of you, but you'll be next.' He wasn't. I called bullshit and sat back down. Literally 2 minutes later ANOTHER person was called in front of me. I got up and asked why again, and was told 'oh, he requested me, so he goes first' by the stylist. If thats the case, then whats the point of a reservation system?! My 'you'll be up in 10 minutes' text message was received 18 minutes ago... I'll be looking for a proper barber now."

"Today I was around 4:00 PM and schedule and appointment the waiting list was more that 2 hours (40 customers in front of me), but the lady said that no problem. They will send a msn for me 10 min before. But that never happened I am 4 years customer and I called them at 5:50 and they said that I still have to wait another 20 minutes have to be there in 10 min. I arrived there at 6:01 and they didn't let me in. So the system don't work and I understand that they have to leave and they shouldn't accept new customers if they cannot handle it but If I am in the list and I have to still waiting. I suggest Close at 3 If they think that that cannot handle it and give the customer other options with time."

"Be prepared for a 2+ hour wait to get a simple trim. In my opinion they either need more stylists or the ones working need to learn how to do a decent haircut in a timely manner so they can move people through quicker. This location wasn’t always like this, it’s ridiculous."

"Ridiculous process of checking in just to get a damn haircut. I shouldn't have to punch in a phone number and email into a silly keypad just to get my hair cut. People were herded in like cattle and I was told it would be 2 hours before they could get to me. Give me an old school barber any day!"
